We have undergone significant growth and change in the past 12 months, but our key aspiration to exceed customer expectations through below-the-line marketing services, is still the foundation of our business. The Niche Marketing Group of companies compliment each other to deliver a cohesive below-the-line program, or can act independently in their area of expertise. Unique to Niche Marketing Group is the diversity of experience within the team, with both agency professionals and ex-corporate marketing / management executives working together. This eclectic group means that in most instances there will be someone within Niche Marketing Group that has previously worked intimately within our client’s industry. We see ourselves as being business partners of our clients and we only succeed when they succeed. Our measure of success is our clients meeting / exceeding their objectives, not our own internal objectives. Our staff are measured in this way, which is tangible support of our philosophy and overtly encourages them to work in our client’s interests at all times. For some clients we have taken the partnering relationship to the ultimate level, by being there Marketing Department for all marketing activities. For other clients we act on a project basis on one aspect of the marketing mix. We are comfortable at operating at both ends of the spectrum and our partnering philosophy does not change.
